Our Story
Philosophy

Promotional products runs in our veins. Influenced by our parents’ own promotional products company, We, Florian and Daniel Moll, have been capitved by promotional mediums since childhood. Our youthful fascination still continues to this day: new products, exciting projects, innovative ideas and the greatest customers in the world are part of our daily business, and we just can’t get enough of it.

2009 we launched our very own modern promotional products agency and founded Moll KONZEPT with our own perspectives and positions. During our first few years, our team was housed in a historic Schnapps distillery in the center of Senden (NRW).

Together with Sabrina Weste, who was a part of our team from the outset, we launched Moll KONZEPT. Our team grew, our customer base increased, and after just a few years, we outgrew our old premises.

2016 The time had finally arrived. Our very own company building was constructed, along the A43 in the immediate vicinity of Münster. Now our team works out of a modern, eco-exemplary building, including an adjoining logistic warehouse, facilitating our perfect teamwork, where the needs of our customers are our top priority.

2016 and 2017 We intensified our cooperation with our trade fair partner, »SAM KONZEPTE« and our »VIERER KONZEPT« was expanded. In the year 2017, Manfred Rump, a long-standing tradesman colleague, became part of our network and has been operating as an independent trading partner ever since.

2018 we granted Sabrina Weste sole power of attorney, expressing our thanks for her tireless commitment to Moll KONZEPT and our customers. Together, we founded our advertising agency and have continued to grow and nurture it. Creating clear management structures and appointing legal functionaries is a vital step in the further evolution of our company.

In the years that followed, our team grew steadily, additional logistical capacities were rented, we became part of a purchasing association, new customers were drawn in, and long-standing customers deepened their cooperation with us and contributed to the positive development of Moll KONZEPT.

2020 and 2021 our focus was on stability and reliability regarding the interests of our customers. As a service provider, we were always available for our customers, both digitally and in person. Many requirements were fulfilled, new approaches were taken, our range of services in the procurement pipeline were greatly expanded, and categories such as hygiene and protective articles were being supplied on a daily basis. Awards, letters of thanks, and a great deal of positive feedback in these societally challenging times have always motivated us, and we are grateful and proud of each of our customers and partners who have navigated these times with us.

2022 was a very special year. We emerged from the pandemic as a stronger company and team, broadened our horizons and embarked on many creative projects.

We are delighted to have expanded our management team with Marlit Klostermann, which significantly strengthened Moll KONZEPT.

2022 we greatly expanded our logistical capacity with a newly constructed building directly adjacent to our existing facilities. In 2022, we successfully realized and launched a long-cultivated project, »DE WAFELBAKKERIJ«. Our vintage food truck adds flavor to company celebrations with delicious waffle creations and complements our service portfolio.

Our philosophy cannot be summarized in one sentence, because the entire outfit has to feel right. The customers are at the center of everything we do. This starts with an in-depth personal consultation. We want our customers to receive precisely the promotional product that matches them, not just superficial products. Extensive and exhaustive research, attending trade fairs and close cooperation with suppliers define our day-to-day business.

In collaboration with our customers, we develop a coherent promotional product package that we can confidently endorse and stand behind. Sustainability, quality and price-conscious decisions are not mutually exclusive, as we prove every day anew with our work.

We are passionate about promotional products; a passion cannot be taught, and our customers can feel our enthusiasm for what we do.
